Refunds are a case-by-case basis. In Artistree, it may be handled a bit differently by their team. But typically, it will go something like this:

Workflow & Communication

Request > Payment > Sketch WIP Approval > Line/Flat Color > Shading > Final Touches > Completion and Delivery

Discussion of the commission is done via Artistree, with updates via the secure link & your email. There will be a sketch WIP approval stage! The commission progress will be paused until the initial sketch drafts have been approved by the client for me to go forward. Revisions of any kind can be made during this time, such as the pose or expression, until a final sketch is agreed upon. Past the initial sketch stage, revisions are limited. Edits will not be allowed at the final stage of commission. However, if an obvious error in the features, character design, accessories, or other visual elements of the artwork that are clearly shown in your provided references is noticed, please point them out and I will fix them! I will not completely remake a finished, or nearly-finished commission. Please ensure any possible revisions are made before that point. Client may ask for progress photos at any time during the process! You may be asked to give insight at any point (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece) Commissions will take from 1 week to 1 month. I will always let you know if there is a delay for any reason! Regular updates will be sent of what stage in the Workflow I am currently at with the commission, from sketch to final delivery :3 Work will be made at a resolution of 300 dpi. Canvas size may change fluidly. A transparent watermark/signature will be included on the final image. Finished work will be contained in a zip folder as PNG. Folder will include the full-resolution file.
